Belly dance, with its acceptance of the body whatever its shape or age, offers you the chance to reassess your self image and increase self confidence. It is an art form that keeps you in touch with your sensual femininity and beauty.

Class Prices

Class costs are $15 for a casual visit or $110 for an 8-class pass (valid for 3 months)

Private lessons are also available, details on request.

Learn basic arabic rhythms, how to embellish rhythms & simple soloing over rhythms
Learn how to jam with a group
Learn drumming pieces & perform with the group at fetes etc
Complete beginners most welcome

Ruth has been drumming for a number of years and is a very patient teacher

Ramona has studied the classical Indian dance Bharathanatyam under Anandavalli at Lingalayam dance academy, which she fuses with contemporary creating her entertaining bollywood choregraphy.
This dynamic style amalgamates the earthy passions of traditional Indian Bharatnatyam and Kathakali, contemporary and the sass and vigour of street dance styles. Bollywood holds personal significance to Ramona because it encourages expression and unity between peple, irrespective of their backgrounds.
Be prepared to leave this workshop with a unique bollywood routine.
